TERMS AND CONDITIONS
 
A.      RATES
* All rates are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia.
* Rates will be applicable for reservations made direct with the hotel or through its approved sales office only.
* All information and rates offered in agreement is strictly CONFIDENTIAL and not be disclosed to a third party for whatever 
         reason or purpose.
* Room rates are based on per room basis.
* Package rates are based on per person basis.
* Child rate only applies when sharing room with 2 Adults.
* Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
 
B.      RESERVATIONS PROCEDURES
* The Tour Operator will direct all FIT and GIT reservations to the hotel’s reservations department or through its approved sales
    office.
* Reservations can be made through the telephone but must subsequently be followed by fax or letter.
* All room reservations are subject to availability and confirmation of the hotel.
* Unless flight details are advised, the hotel reserves the right to hold reservations till 1800 hours, on the arrival date.
* Asample of the Official Tour Operator’s Voucher must be sent to the hotel for reference.
* The hotel reserves the right to release rooms should no payment is received within the stipulated deadline for each booking.
 
C.      CHECK IN/ CHECK OUT TIME
* Check in time: 1400 hours
* Check out time: 1030 hours
* Late check out from 1200 hours to 1800 hours on the day of departure will be charged at 50% of contract rates, subject to room
    availability.
 
D.      ROOMING LIST
* The Tour Operator shall submit to the hotel a final rooming list together with the relevant information and meal arrangements at 
    least 14 days prior to arrival date.
* The hotel reserves the right to release the reserved rooms should the above requirements are not met.
 
E.       CANCELLATION CHARGES
* Cancellation and revision of booking may be made in writing or by telephone. The following charges will apply:-
        (i)    Deposit payment non-refundable.
        (ii)  14 days prior to departure                     : 50% of total cost
        (iii)  05 days prior to departure                    : 80% of total cost
        (iv)  Less than 05 days prior to departure   : 100% of total cost
* For Room bookings only, no-show guest will be charged one night's room rate.
 
F.       TERMS OF PAYMENT
* For Room bookings, require a non-refundable deposit of one night's room rate with balance of payment in full 3 weeks prior to
departure.

* For Package bookings, require a non-refundable deposit of RM 100 per person with balance of payment in full 3 weeks prior to
departure.
* Payments can be made by banker’s draft or company cheque or through our bank account.
* All payments are non-refundable
* The hotel has the right to demand payment from the guest directly in the event of no payment is received prior to arrival date.
* All cheque payments must be crossed and payable to CORAL ASIA HOLIDAYS SDN. BHD.
